NAIROBI, KENYA: Geoffrey Targett Professor of Parasitology at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and member of the international Malaria Elimination Group, told the 5th Multilateral Initiative on Malaria Pan African Malaria Conference in Nairobi why there are good prospects for eliminating malaria altogether from some regions in the near future in the quest ultimately for global eradication.
